Oh what a rush it is to be one of the rare cases of debuting at a pay-per-view event. Many monumental things have happened at Starrcade over the years and now the epic debut of Finn Danielson can be added to the list. And tonight I make another debut but this time on my new home on Genocide. Tonight I prove that my victory over Calvin Bateman was no fluke and that I am what I claim to be, The New Millennium of Professional Wrestling. And without further hesitation, let the countdown begin! 5...4...3...2...1...I'm Here!
The American Airlines Arena in Miami Florida is the place we set our scene. Finn Danielson walks into the packed arena with one thing on his mind and that is to out do his debut at Starrcade. According to Danielson, you are only as good as your last match and Danielson is not going to allow that to be his legacy. He is going to go out in front of a packed house and he is going to out perform himself and his opponent for the night, Scar. But he isn't going to put all his chips on the table just yet. The Royal Rumble is just around the corner and he needed to reserve some hidden performance for the big match. Danielson walked into the locker room and set his bags in a locker before heading to makeup for his big Genocide transformation. He would have put on his war paints at Starrcade but he lacked the fore coversation to get it all in a row.
Danielson, seen from behind, walks towards the entrance way as the cameras try to catch a glimpse of him but are unable to do so. The cameras which over to the arena as the packed house is buzzing for the fallout of Starrcade and the build for the Royal Rumble. "Game Over" plays as the fans look up at the entrance way as the stage fills with smoke and the lights dim and flicker through the fog. The lights shoot back up as Finn Danielson springs through the smoke with his body and face painted to resemble Marvel Baddie, Carnage.
The crowd erupts in cheers for the new Genocide superstar. Danielson drops down on all fours and crawls down the ramp as the lights flicker. Danielson does to a corner of the barricade and crouches in it with his arms on the barricade. Danielson crawls up the steps and slides into the ring. Danielson springs up to his feet as the lights return to normal and him standing in the ring with his arms extend to the roaring crowd. Danielson recieves a microphone before he addresses the crowd.
Finn Danielson "Before I say another word, I need to thank each and everyone of you for making this opportunity possible. I wouldn't have been able to make it to such a high platform in my career if it wasn't all of your support and begging for the Best All Around talent to be showcased. Thank you all!"
Danielson lowers the microphone as he smiles to the fans chanting "Finn. Finn. Finn."
Finn Danielson "At Starrcade, I was sitting backstage when Austin Miles came up to me and asked if I was ready to compete and of course I told I am always ready. So he told me that due to some contractual issues he is needing to fix a couple matches and he had an open spot he wanted to give to me. How could I turn that up? To debut at a Pay-Per-View is such a career highlight and is literally unheard of. So I got ready and I went out there and I took down the big guy Calvin Bateman in a stellar contest. With the reception of the match being so well, I was offered a position in the Royal Royal and of course I took it. But before I can get to the Rumble, I have to show that I am truly as I claim. So I come out here and I face the bowerhouse named Scar. I know he doesn't have a great track record but he could very easily just flatten me plus he is a former North American Champion. You don't just win championships by showing up. So tonight I am going toe to toe with one of the elite in this company. Scar, I know you can hear me back there. I am coming for you and I am going to show that I am not just another flash in the pan. I am going to overcome the odds and I am going to topple Scar then I am going to go into the Royal Rumble and hopefully get a shot at the SKCW Championship at WrestleMania but if I don't make it to the end, I have my eyes on you Tony Johnson. You got something I would like to have and that is the North American Championship. I just wanted to give you a heads up since you have your hands full with the European Sensation in Andrew Palmer. I am not one to catch champions off guard. I am a man about my challenges. I make the straight to their faces. So that means I will be seeing you real soon Johnson."
Danielson crouches down and sets the microphone on the mat before climbing out of the ring to "Game Over" playing. Danielson backs up the ramp with his arms extended slapping hands with the fans. Danielson turns around and heads into the back. |
