Johnson and Palmer stand in the middle of the ring ready to decide who is the rightful North American Champion and who has the most powerful punch. Palmer extends his hand as Johnson looks on in suspicion. Johnson extends his hand out and clasps Palmer's completely the handshake. Palmer attempts to pull Johnson in but Johnson ducks the clothesline before looking to attempt the Last Call but Palmer back tracks out of the ring. Johnson taunts to Palmer that he was "this close" to ending it completely. Palmer talks with Lambert for a moment before climbing back onto the ring apron and telling the referee to back Johnson up. The referee backs Johnson up before Palmer climbs back into the ring. Johnson and Palmer circle the ring trying to gain the upper hand before Johnson lunges forward grabbing Palmer's legs. Palmer connects with hard elbows to the back of Johnson's head before bacing into the ropes causing the referee to break the hold. Johnson gets back up by the referee moments before Palmer reached over the referee and slapped Johnson's face causing Johnson to get more irate at Palmer. Palmer gets off the ropes as Johnson is trying to get the referee off of him. The referee finally moves and Johnson comes charging in but Palmer ducks down and swings around to the back of Johnson and lifts him before slamming him face first into the mat. Palmer swinging around to the head of Johnson and begins to slap the back of his head furthering Johnson's anger. Palmer gets off Johnson and backs into the ropes as Johnson gets up and lunges after Palmer. The referee gets between them and pushes Johnson back because of Palmer being on the ropes. Palmer laughs at Johnson before giving him the bird which even further enrages Johnson. At this point, Johnson is not caring about the rules and just wants to fight Palmer. Johnson pushes the referee off of him and charges at Palmer. Palmer leans through the ropes but Johnson just grabs Palmer's legs and pulls him into the ring before dropping down and beginning to pound on Palmer's head. The referee tries to pull Johnson off but Johnson is not letting up. The referee begins the count. 1 ... 2 ... 3 ... 4 ... The referee tries to pull Johnson off again before being successful. Palmer rolls out of the ring holding his head as Johnson argues with the referee. Palmer talks with Lambert as she checks on his head before trying to discretely pass off what looks to be a wash cloth to Palmer. Palmer sticks it into his tights before bending down and retying his boot slipping something into it. Palmer gets up as Johnson, as well as the crowd, are telling the referee that Lambert passed him something as Palmer climbed back into the ring. Palmer begins to argue with the referee about nothing of the sorts happened. The referee tells Palmer to get into the corner for a pat down. Palmer rolls his eyes before getting into the corner as th referee starts to pat on his wrist tape and elbow pads. Johnson proceeds to tell the referee to check Palmer's tights as Lambert climbs onto the apron and slips something into the rear pocket of Johnson's shorts. The referee pats on Palmer's tights before feeling something unusual. The referee pulls out the wash cloth out of Palmer's tights. Palmer tells the referee that he is stupid for even accusing him of cheating and demands that Johnson get checked too. Johnson says he has nothing and Palmer is the cheater and liar. The referee tell Johnson to get into the corner for a pat down. Johnson goes without a hassle as the referee pats Johnson before getting to the back of his shorts and feels something. The referee questions Johnson for what is in his shorts. Johnson claims to have nothing before the referee pulls out a pair of brass knuckles to Johnson's surprise. Johnson claims that they are not his and Lambert mus have planted them on him. Palmer bends down a pulls a pair of brass knuckles out of his boot and slips them on during the distraction. The referee turns his back to toss the knux from Johnson as Johnson turns to Palmer and receives the Pleasant Dreams. Johnson falls into the ropes and out of the ring. Palmer takes the knux off and puts them in the wash cloth before wiping his face off as the referee turns back around. Palmer gives the cloth back to Lambert as the referee begins the count. 1 ... 2 ... 3 ... 4 ... 5 ... Palmer quickly gets out of the ring and picks Johnson up before rolling him into the ring. Palmer slides in after and goes for the cover. 1 ... 2 ... 2.9 ... Johnson kicks out! Palmer is beside himself and tries the cover again. 1 ... 2 ... 2.5 ... Johnson kicks out again! Palmer is angry at this and accuses the referee of a slow count. Palmer backs off looking at Johnson trying to figure out what to do. Juneau comes through the crowd and slides into the ring. Juneau turns Palmer around and connects with The Hit List just moments before the referee calls for the bell.
